Rapid 150
The Rapid 150 Series of low speed granulators is intended primarily for beside-the-press injection moulding applications. Immediate in-line recycling of sprues and rejects maintains product quality and eliminates the distribution and storage of waste and regrind.

The Rapid RG Series is specifically designed for beside-the-press recycling of hard and brittle materials. The ultra-slow rotor speed and screenless operation provide low noise level and very low dust level even with the most filled and brittle materials.
The Rapid RG Series can also be equipped with the patented Integrated Metal Detection technology (IMD). IMD virtually eliminates the risk of damage to the machine from metal fragments that may have entered the material undetected.
Rapid 200
The Rapid 200 Series is ideal for direct recycling of plastic waste and rejects primarily from injection moulding and blow moulding processes. No matter what your requirements, a standard model is available to suit your exact needs for capacities up to 200 kg/h.

Rapid 300
Rapid 400
The new 400 Series medium-size granulators are used for central or beside-the-press operation with all kinds of moulding processes. Typical waste includes sprues, runners, moulded items, profiles, smaller pipes and sheets.
The Rapid 400-series comes in four widths, 450, 600, 900 and 1200 mm.
Rapid 500
The Rapid 500 Series large-size granulators are used for central or beside-the-press operation in all types of plastic applications. Typical waste includes large volume granulation of sprues and runners, large products like moulded items, profiles, pipes and sheets.
The Rapid Open-Hearted concept provides within a few steps total access to the heart of the machine supporting rapid cleaning, maintenance and “Visibly clean inspection” of the core machine parts before it resumes operation, preventing potential contamination at colour and material changes.
The Rapid 500-series comes in three widths, 600, 900 and 1200 mm.
Rapid 600
The Rapid 600 Series large-size granulators are used for central or beside-the-press operation in all types of plastic applications. Typical waste includes all types of large volume granulation, large products like moulded items, profiles, pipes and sheets.
The Rapid Open-Hearted concept provides within a few steps total access to the heart of the machine supporting rapid cleaning, maintenance and “Visibly clean inspection”. Clear visual access to the core machine parts allows inspection and approval of the machine before it resumes operation, preventing potential contamination at colour and material changes.
The Rapid 600-series comes in three widths, 900, 1200 and 1500 mm.
PipePRO Shredder T1500
For recycling of pipes and profiles, the Rapid Shredder/Granulator solution offers a unique combination of features such as:
High performance – the shredder can take heavy duty pipes in six (6) metres length and with diameters up to 1400mm, irrespective of wall thickness.
Low kW installed – the 37 kW shredder fragments pipes and profi les of all wall thicknesses, whereas a common single granulator normally requires a 160 to 200 kW motor for the same operation.
Low noise – the low rotor speed shredder in combination with a fully soundproofed medium size granulator operates at noise levels far below a single large central granulator with a 160 to 200 kW motor.
Automatic feeding control –
enables the complete process to run at maximum capacity through out the whole process of granulation down to reusable size of 6 to 8 mm granules. Features includes a double electro nic control unit with drive overload protection for controlling the hydraulic cassette
feeder, with automatic reversal function in case of block age. Ammeter control of auger feeding the shredded material to the conveyor as well as controlling the feeding to the granulator at an even rate.
